To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure date. Wedding date will not be secured with Adele Colby unless deposit is paid.

The balance is required to be paid to Adele Colby in full, 7 days prior to the brides wedding date. 

Late payment or non payment could result in your booking being cancelled.

Payment by BACS and cash only.

If you would like to make any amendments to a booking it is at the discretion of Adele Colby.

​

No travel charge to locations within a 10 mile radius from RG9.

Travel will be charged at the rate of 50p per mile from RG9 to and from locations at the time of trial and on wedding day.

In the rare event that Adele is unable to meet the commitment for your wedding day due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded any booking fees and trials paid.

​

If you wish to cancel a booking then it must be received in writing 30 days prior to the booked date. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.

​

All clients will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions before a booking is finalised.

​

The booking deposit is deducted from the outstanding amount on your wedding day.

​

The trial is to be paid for at the time of trial.
