She is warm & friendly which instantly put me at ease and made the whole process thoroughly enjoyable. I had a trial a before the wedding, where Adele listened carefully to what we both wanted, was patient and helpful in suggesting a look and I was so happy with the results. On the big day I obviously was a little nervous but Adele helped to relax me completely as she worked calmly & we chatted away!
